Service Description

Please include the following details in the notes section when booking: - Event address N.B. 40km delivery from Hill Top is included with all bookings over $100 (not including 20% bond) or delivery is charged at $2pkm for hires under $100 (otherwise you can Pick-Up from Hill Top NSW 2575). If event address is outside of the 40km zone from Hill Top an over the $100 booking fee an additional fee charged at $2pkm will incur. This will be discussed with you and be invoiced separately.

Cancellation Policy

If you have a picnic booking with us and need to cancel within 2 weeks of the event date we will refund you 80% of your full quote amount. We will keep the 20% to cover admin fees and our time of planning your event. If you choose to post pone rather than cancel, we can hold your payment aside as credit for 12 months from the function date. Any cancellations outside of the 14 day period are entitled to a full refund.
